How to return an item?
1. Fill in the form of return (attached to the parcel or printed from the website)
2. Pack the items, attach the form
3. Send the parcel to EDORA ,UL.Łaska 46/48, 95-200 Pabianice,tel.42 215-76-47
4. After receiving the parcel we will return the money the way you specified it.
5. It is not possible to return or replace an item with logo.
INFORMATION CONCERNING THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM CONTRACT
According to the law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without stating the cause of doing so. The deadline of 14 days after which the right to withdraw form the contract expires, starts when you receive the items or a third party other than the courier, specified by the customer receives the items.
To use the right to withdraw from the contract, you need to inform us about it (EDORA Piotr Garczyński, Łaska 46/48, 95-200 Pabianice, email@example.com) before the deadline, using post, email or telephone.
You may use the form of withdrawal, but it is not necessary.
To make sure the deadline is met, you need to send the information about withdrawal before it is reached.
In case of withdrawing from the contract we return all the payments we received from you, including the cost of shipment (excluding additional costs from sending the items by other way than provided by us), as soon as possible, but no longer than 14 days after receiving the information about the withdrawal from the contract. We use the same payment method You used in the original transaction, unless you clearly agree to a different method of payment, but you will not bear any additional costs of this operation. We may freeze the payment until we receive the items, or the proof of sending them, whichever comes first.
You should send the items back as soon as possible, and not later than 14 days after informing us about the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send the items within 14 days from the withdrawal.
You must bear the direct costs of sending the items back.
You are responsible for the reduction of the value of the items form using it in a way different than needed to assess the character, features and functioning of the items.

Questions and complaints may be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone +48 42 215 76 47. Costs of contact by the telephone from Poland are equal to the fee for a regular telephone call according to the tariff package form the provider, used by the consumer.
DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
The consumer may put his complaints to the seller concerning the contract under email@example.com or in writing to the address of the shop. Correct complaint shall contain at least:
a) Name, Surname, Address, e-mail address of the buyer
b) date of entering into the contract
c) item of complaint with demands of the consumer
d) all the circumstances justifying the complaint
In case the given information needs completion, before the fulfilment of the complaint, the seller asks to complete it.
The seller will acknowledge the complaint within 14 days from receiving it.
The response to the complaint is send to the e-mail address provided by the buyer or to address provided.
In case of complaint the seller does not bear the cost of sending the item back. It is the responsibility of the buyer.
